Skirt to Apron
I picked up this short ruffle skirt at a yard sale. I was thinking it would make a cute dress for my daughter.
But I decided yesterday that I wanted it for myself. So it became a frilly hostess apron!
The sash was made from the bottom portion of a pair of cut-offs. I’ll be posting that project next week.

I love the way you repurpose clothes! I’d love to do more of it, but I don’t seem to have the same creativity you do (or at least I haven’t tappd into it yet). But I’m gonna start picking up pieces that seem to have potential and then I’ll just bug you until you decide to help me!!

I have the same experience with old clothes that you mentioned on one of your recent posts: they speak to me.
Of course there’s always Craftster and Wardrobe Refashion to peruse if I need inspiration!
